How to Identify an Psyllium?

People use psyllium as a dietary supplement. It is available in the form of husk, granules, & powder. Manufacturers may also fortify breakfast cereals and baked goods with psyllium. Psyllium husk is the main active ingredient in Metamucil, a fiber supplement that reduces constipation.
